Diagnosis
Scutellum predominantly with raised and strong reticulation, laterally and medially with engraved and very weak reticulation, median groove almost complete; clypeus protruding and bilobed; frons close to vertex with raised and very strong reticulation; vertex with raised and strong reticulation; forewing speculum open below; propodeum with median carina long and narrow, LC/WC = 4.9; propodeal callus with four setae.< /FONT >
